Installation of lighting equipment in chicken farms!

There are differences between incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps and their installation effects.

Generally, the suitable light intensity in the chicken farms is 5~10 lux (refers to: the visible light received per unit area, the total radiant energy emitted per unit area of the surface of the object that the eyes and eyes can perceive). If a 15W hoodless incandescent lamp is installed, it should be installed at a vertical height or straight-line distance of 0.7~1.1m from the chicken body; if it is 25W, 0.9~1.5m; 40W, 1.4~1.6m; 60 Watts, 1.6~2.3 meters; 100 watts, 2.1~2.9 meters. The distance between lights should be 1.5 times the distance between the lights and the chicken, and the horizontal distance between the lights and the wall should be 1/2 the distance between the lights. The installation positions of each lamp should be staggered and evenly distributed.

If it is a fluorescent lamp, when the distance between the lamp and the chicken is the same as that of an incandescent lamp of the same power, the light intensity is 4 to 5 times greater than that of an incandescent lamp. Therefore, to make the light intensity the same, it is necessary to install a white light with a lower power.

How many light bulbs are installed in a chicken farms?

The number of bulbs that should be installed in a chicken house can be determined according to the above-mentioned distance between the lamps and the distance between the lamps and the wall, or the number of bulbs required can be calculated according to the effective area of the chicken house and the power of one bulb, and then arranged and installed.

If incandescent lamps are installed, generally a flat chicken farms needs about 2.7 watts per square meter; a multi-layer cage chicken house generally requires 3.3 to 3.5 watts per square meter due to the influence of chicken cages, cage racks, food troughs, water tanks, etc.

The total wattage required for the whole house divided by the wattage of one bulb is the total number of bulbs that should be installed. The luminous efficiency of fluorescent lamps is generally 5 times that of incandescent lamps. The power of fluorescent lamps to be installed per square meter is 0.5 watts for flat chicken houses, and 0.6 to 0.7 watts per square meter for multi-layer cage chicken houses.

In a multi-layer cage chicken farms, the installation position of the lamp should preferably be above the chicken cage or in the middle of the second row of chicken cages, but the distance from the chicken should be able to ensure that the light intensity of the top layer or the middle layer is 10 lux. , the bottom layer can reach 5 lux, so that each layer can get suitable light intensity. In order to save electricity and maintain a suitable light intensity, it is best to set the lampshade, and keep the light bulb, lamp tube and lampshade bright and clean. The lighting equipment should be fixed so as not to disturb the flock by swinging back and forth when the wind blows.
