It focuses on the full industrial chain layout of modern livestock breeding and meat processing, aiming to fill the gap in large-scale and standardized breeding and processing in the region, and enhance the self-sufficiency and quality of livestock products. I. Layer Breeding Section
Chicken house type: Closed environmental control steel structure chicken house
Cage system: RT-LCH5300
Farm volume: 50,000 chickens per house, totaling 100,000 chickens for egg production. 2 standardized layer houses.
Key points:
- Completely in accordance with the construction standards for large-scale layer farms, taking into account core requirements such as epidemic prevention, ventilation, and environmental control;
- Equipped with fully automated mechanized feeding, drinking, egg collection, manure cleaning, and environmental control systems, reducing manual intervention, improving production efficiency, reducing labor costs, and lowering the risk of diseases;
- RETECH provides and is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment for the layer farm.
II. Pullet Section
Chicken House Type: Closed environmental control steel structure chicken house
Cage System: RT-PCH4208
Farm volume: 1 building with 50,000 capacity, specifically designed for the Brooding and Rearing Periods of layers.
Key Points:
- Fully automatic H-type brooding cages, which can provide a constant temperature, humidity, safe and hygienic growth environment for chicks, effectively reducing the mortality rate during the brooding period, ensuring the breeding of high-quality chicks, and laying a foundation for egg production.
- Feeding, drinking, manure removal, and environmental control are integrated to achieve automated management throughout the breeding process, significantly improving operational efficiency.
III. Broiler Chicken Breeding Section
Chicken House Type: Closed environmental control steel structure chicken house
Cage System: RT-BCH4440
Farm volume: 3 broiler chicken houses (63000 capacity of each house)
Key Points:
- All 3 broiler chicken houses adopt RETECH standardized design, optimized to adapt to the local climate conditions of Guinea, taking into account both the breeding scale and economic benefits, achieving a large-scale and standardized breeding demonstration farm.
- The intelligent environmental control system can automatically control and adjust the environment inside the chicken house, ensuring that the broilers remain in the most comfortable environment from one-day-old until they are ready for slaughter, improving the feed conversion ratio and reducing the mortality rate.
- It forms a complementarity with layer breeding, slaughter processing and other links, improving the layout of livestock and poultry breeding categories, and meeting the demand for chicken products in the Guinea market.
IV. Slaughter and Processing Section
Scale: 1 professional livestock slaughter line, provided and implemented by RETECH.
Key points: Achieve an integrated “breeding – slaughter” closed loop, seamlessly connect live breeding with slaughter processing, reduce intermediate links, ensure product freshness and safety, and simultaneously enhance industrial added value, realizing the strategic planning of a full industrial chain layout.
V. Freezing and Storage Section
Scale: 1 Ultra-fast freezing warehouse and 1 cold storage, the equipment is also provided and supported by RETECH.
Ultra-fast freezing warehouse: The temperature of the ultra-fast freezing warehouse is controlled at -35℃ to -40℃, using forced air cooling technology, which can achieve rapid freezing of products within 30 minutes, quickly locking in the nutrition and freshness of slaughtered products, mainly used for processing livestock and poultry products that have just been slaughtered to prevent spoilage and lay the foundation for subsequent refrigeration storage or transportation.
Cold storage: Used for refrigerating already frozen products, extending shelf life, stabilizing supply, and supporting stable sales and storage turnover in regional markets.
Technical and Operational Highlights
Automation and Intensification: All processes adopt automated feeding, drinking, sorting, manure removal, environmental control and other systems, significantly reducing labor costs, enhancing production stability and hygiene safety levels.
